Reviews and photos from the 2014 Edinburgh Fringe.

I attended the first few days of the Fringe, its my second year, and I spent my time moving between comedy venues and theatres, with a bit of shooting in between. I went to the national monument and shot some photos during the evenings.

In preparation for the cast’s debut at the Edinburgh Fringe, I went back to Royal Holloway to do some headshots for press and digital use.

I, and several other members of the LP3 meetup group met in Putney to watch the 158th Xchanging Boat Race between Oxford and Cambridge Universities.

I recently attended the Macro Photography workshop run by Embrace Cooperation.

I once again attended the Blackheath Fireworks display, though having moved to West London.

In-between the two events, of Sunrise and Sunset I went up to Soho to take some photographs of the night-life.

June 21st was the Summer Solstice and the shortest night of the year.

I went back to the rehearsals of “More Light”, directed by the talented Laura Vorwerg.

I recently picked up the Canon 105mm f2.8 L series IS Macro lens. I've not done a great deal of macro shooting in the past, partially due to only ever having an old manual focus 1:4 macro on my Sony.

Once again, I went with some of the other locals to Blackheath for the annual Guy Fawkes fireworks

Inspired by the exhibit, I set my camera to quiet shot and wide angle and look surupticious photos of people enjoying an exhibit on voyerism and surveliance photography.

Bit of a mixup on the meetup, but it was a good afternoon of shooting and drinking!
